Manchester United had another fantastic performance with a 3-0 win against Aston Villa on Thursday in the Premier League. United is now unbeaten in 17 matches in all competitions. We also became the first team since the Premier League started to win four games consecutively while scoring three or more goals.

The Red Devils struck first in the 27th minute when a questionable penalty was awarded by referee Jon Moss who ruled that Ezri Konsa had fouled Bruno Fernandes in the box. The Portuguese midfielder stepped up and banged his shot past the keeper Pepe Reina.

Reina was constantly kept on his toes with Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood testing the Spanish keeper with some dangerous efforts on goal. Fernandes also had clear chance with the goal wide open when he missed with a header.

The second goal was scored by Mason Greenwood in injury time just before the end of the first-half. After Martial created a good build-up, the Frenchman passed to Greenwood who smashed a right-footed shot passed Reina. The 18-year-old now has 16 goals in all competitions this season and is on absolute fire.

The third goal came courtesy of Paul Pogba after getting an assist from a corner-kick by Bruno Fernandes. Pogba stepped up to the ball and smashed his shot into the bottom right-hand corner of the net.
