Sanchez won’t take a pay-cut leave

Alexis Sanchez wants to stay at Manchester United rather than leave in a cut-price deal, sources have told ESPN.

The Chilean is spending the season on loan at Inter Milan, and United is paying a part of Sanchez’s salary. He is open to making a permanent move, but Inter has reservations because of the cost of any potential deal.

Sanchez still has two years remaining on his £500,000-a-week contract at Old Trafford and is reluctant to accept reduced terms, even if it helped to facilitate a move away.

I’m not a fan of Alexis Sanchez presently because he isn’t good value for money anymore. He was at United for around 2 seasons or more and only scored 5 goals in just 45 appearances. He was injured most of the time. When he went to Inter on loan he only made 15 appearances in all competitions because of injury and only scored once.

United it seems will be stuck with him when the 31-year-old returns from Inter Milan after his loan spell. United gave Sanchez a huge contract and he has never repaid them in his performances with goals. This is a depressing situation for not only Sanchez and the club, but the fans as well. I don’t see any team trying to buy him or even take him on loan with the predicament that he’s been in for the last 3 seasons.
