Manchester United’s next opponents will be Club Brugge of Belgium. This was confirmed in the Europa League draw in Nyon, France this morning.
The first leg will take place in Belgium with the return game at Old Trafford. Club Brugge is on top of the Belgium first division table.
The two clubs previously met in Champions League qualifiers 2015/16, with Louis Van Gaal’s men winning 7-1 on aggregate. Memphis Depay (2) and Marouane Fellaini, with Wayne Rooney netting a hat-trick. Ander Herrera was the scorer.
This latest two-legged tie will be played on the 20th and 27th of February 2020, with the game staged on Thursdays.
The final will be held in Gdansk in Poland on 27 of May 2020.
