Paul Pogba wants to leave Manchester United and is willing to push through a transfer even if the club refuses to sell him. This is according to ESPN FC. But United has always said that the Frenchman isn’t for sale at any price. Real Madrid reportedly is interested in the midfield maestro, but is willing to only pay €120 million instead of United’s valuation of €160 million.
Although Poba has said that he had dreams of playing for Real Madrid in the past, he said was happy at United for now. But this has been a terrible season for him and his teammates and he may be looking for a new club. Especially with the fact that there is going to be a big summer clear out of underperforming players.
I would like him to stay because he’s a world-class player and if we do sell him, we will need to replace him with someone that’s equally as good as him. There are very few clubs though that will be willing to pay €160 million. It wouldn’t be that easy to sell him. I like Pogba, its just that he has low confidence right now like the rest of the players. The players around him aren’t up to standard to help him be a better player as well.
Very few clubs wouldn’t be able to match his wages on a weekly or monthly basis. Even if he went to Real Madrid, would Pogba and his agent be willing to accept lower wages for him to play there? There are some players that Ole may not be able to get rid of this summer because few teams in the Europe would be able to match their wage demands and transfer fee that their agents will want for their players may be too high.
So what do you think United should do with Pogba?
