Marcus Rashford linked with Barcelona

According to the Daily Mirror Marcus Rashford is a target for Barcelona and he has less than 18 months remaining on his contract. The Spanish giants are realistic in their chances of obtaining the young English star from United. Rashford currently earns around £75,000-a-week. Well I don’t see Rashford leaving Manchester United anytime soon because obviously United is his boyhood club. But I believe Ole and the Club will come up with a solution.

I think that Manchester United will get a deal done with Marcus because he is one of the young stars the club are building a team around. United must try to extend his contract soon because if they wait too long to open contract negotiations, other clubs could take advantage of that. Rashford is a talent that we can’t allow to leave because of his upside and his talent. He is only 21 and if we can keep him at Old Trafford for many years he can be an even bigger asset to the club.

The sky is the limit regarding his potential and his partnership with his good friend Jesse Lingard can help the Red Devils win more titles in the future. The youngster has all the ingredients for him to continue to succeed and blossom into a great player in the future.

Do you believe that Rashford should leave United?

In other news, Ander Herrera said that he could leave Manchester United after failing to agree terms with the club. So the Spanish star will be free to leave at the end of the season when his contract would be over. The Busby Babe reports that the Spanish midfielder has been linked with Athletic Bilbao his former club and he said that he is entertaining other offers.

“I focus on playing football in the month and a half that remains, the rest I leave to my agent, both the possible renewal with United and if he talks to another club for my departure.” Now United will most likely have to find a replacement for him. As I wrote in my previous post I hoped that we wouldn’t lose him, but now that seems to be the case.

Should Herrera be allowed to leave the club?
